Road to Good Health Program

St. Martin Hospital (SMH) is offering a FREE 6-week education series focusing on healthy eating and weight loss. The program will run Tuesday evenings:

March 14 - April 25, 2017 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. in the SMH Annex Building.  To register, call (337) 507-1146.

Space is limited. This series is for adults 18 and older. Please bring a list of your medications to the first meeting. There will be an initial health assessment and weekly weigh-ins.
