Visitation Policy

St. Martin Hospital visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. We ask that no more than three visitors occupy a patient's room at one time. Children under the age of 12 are permitted in the patient's room, but must be accompanied by an adult. We recognize the importance of visitation and social contact to the emotional and psychosocial well-being of a patient and will make reasonable attempts to special request if a significant person in the patient's life can not arrange visitations during these hours due to factors such as work. We will honor the patient's request to the best of our ability to provide immediate access to family and other relatives regardless of the hours of the day.

If it would violate the rights of a roommate to have visitors in the patient's room, the hospital will establish alternate areas in the hospital for visiting. These areas could include the chapel, a suitable office area, a dining room, or a porch or patio area.
