Life Writing Classes Beginning - 12/27/2007 -

Everyone has a story to tell, an experience to share, including you. LGMC's Center on Aging and UL Lafayette are once again offering several 14-week Life Writing Classes—giving participants an opportunity to record personal history and leave a legacy to family and friends.
Five sections will be open for the Spring, 2008 semester, including:
Tuesdays, 9 a.m.-noon, Julie Clement, instructor; registration date January 22
Tuesdays, 1 p.m.-4 p.m., Jean Hurley O'Roark, instructor; registration date January 29**
Wednesdays, 9 a.m.-noon, Nancy Colby, instructor; registration date January 23
Thursdays, 9 a.m.-noon, Kim Graham, instructor; registration date January 24
Thursdays, 9 a.m.-noon, Nancy Colby, instructor; registration date January 24**
To schedule a class, call the Center on Aging at LGMC, 289-8516. Registration is held on the first day of class. All classes are held at Grace Presbyterian Church, 518 Roselawn Blvd. in Lafayette. Tuition is waived for those age 55 and over who are not taking any other classes through UL Lafayette. However, there is a registration fee of $20.25, payable on the first day of class.
