Internal Medicine Offices Opening in Grant Molett Complex - 12/18/2012 -

It’s a new setting for familiar faces
in the Lafayette General Internal Medicine Suite. Updates to the 10,342 sq. ft.
office complex are nearing completion.
Physicians and staff are moving in and are accepting patients. The suite houses offices for eight
physicians, 16 exam rooms, a conference room and lab. The renovated medical space, located in
the Grant Molett Medical Arts Center on Heymann Blvd., includes a convenient
covered canopy at the entrance for dropping off patients, as well as plenty of
ground-level parking. There is also a large, comfortable waiting area with easy
check-in and check out.
Physicians
in the new suite include: Milton Jolivette, Jr., M.D., and Thomas Voitier II,
M.D., moving from offices on Hospital Drive (337) 289-8415; Michael Alexander,
M.D., Bradley Chastant II, M.D., and Juan Perez-Ruiz, M.D., moving from offices
on Hospital Drive (337) 289-8717; and Karen Smith, M.D.,
moving from offices on West St. Mary Blvd. (337) 289-8646.
