For Employees - LGMC Calls Code Green - 08/31/2008 -

Effective at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 31, 2008, LGMC is upgrading to Code Green-Stage 2/Preparedeness, due to Lafayette Parish being under Hurricane Warning.
As such, labor teams A & B should report to the Main Lobby of the hospital for registration, beginning at 5:00 a.m. and should arrive no later than 7:00 a.m. Monday, September 1, 2008.
LGMC has opened a Family Shelter on the 3rd Floor of BRACC, for those employees who live in areas currently under a mandatory evacuation and who will be required to report to work at any time during the duration of the Code Green. These shelters are for immediate family members only! Registration for this shelter is in the main lobby of BRACC - again immediate family only, for those employees who live in mandatory evacuation areas.
Please be in touch with your manager/supervisor, local media, e-mail and the LGMC Intranet for future instructions. Also be prepared by bringing your LGMC Identification Badge, Re-Entry Card and Driver's License.
