Food And Nutrition Services (FANS)
Lafayette General offers our visitors several meal options.  Our cafeteria, the Boulevard Bistro, serves up delicious entrees daily. The Bistro Grill, within the cafeteria, offers sandwiches, wraps, burgers and other tasty items.  Brew Bayou, our coffee shop, proudly serves Starbucks® coffee, smoothies and other beverages, in addition to a wonderful selection of sweets from which to choose.
 
Boulevard Bistro - Cafeteria Hours:
Monday - Friday
Breakfast – 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch Hot Plate – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Grill – 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (burgers, sandwiches, fries, etc.)
Dinner – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (hot plate meals served at Grill while supplies last)
 
Weekends
Breakfast – 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. (hot plate self serve)
Lunch – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Grill – 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (burgers, sandwiches, fries, etc.)
Dinner – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (hot plate meals served at Grill while supplies last)
 
Holidays
(New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day., Mardi Gras Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Breakfast – 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (hot plate only)
Grill – Closed all day
