Smokeless Cigarette smoking contributes to a number of serious illnesses, including heart disease and lung cancer. Kicking the smoking habit isn't easy, but our comprehensive smoking cessation program has a 95 percent proven success rate. The program presents over 600 techniques and concepts, and includes a free introductory session, four treatment sessions and two follow-up sessions. Participants are lifetime Smokeless members and can request follow-up meetings as needed.
Stress Management Tense muscles, insomnia, fatigue, cramps, headaches and depression are all symptoms of stress caused by everything from work problems to traffic jams. Participants in the class will learn to decrease or eliminate stress by changing their perception and attitudes about stressful experiences, and how to cope with situations out of their control. A free introductory session and five topics of your choice will personalize your program. Topics include: Understanding and Evaluating Stress Levels, Thinking Differently, Types A & B Behavior, Managing Stress at Work, Communication and Stress, Time Management, and Life Stages.
Healthy Life Weigh This program offers a lifestyle approach to losing weight that is both gradual and sensible. It includes a free, introductory session and 10 weekly sessions delivered by a registered dietitian, exercise physiologist, and lifestyle counselor. This interdisciplinary approach will help you lose the weight and keep it off for life. Healthy Life Weigh includes and individualized meal plan and fitness consultation, a supermarket tour, cooking class and skills for lifetime behavior changes.
