PAID TIME OFF and HOLIDAYS
Immediately upon hire, employees begin earning accrued hours for flex-time and extended illness based on employment status (full/part-time). Employees may use accrued hours after 90 days of employment.
LGMC recognizes 8 holidays each year. These holidays include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Mardi Gras, Good Friday, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
FULL-TIME/QUALIFIED PART-TIME EMPLOYEES
Benefits will become effective on the first of the month following 60 days (Full-time) or 90 days (Part-time) of employment.
Health and Dental Insurance
LGMC will contribute toward the employee and dependent premiums. Employees must enroll for Core benefits within 30 days of the date of hire.
Full service plan with allowances for exams, frames, and contact lens. Employees cover premium cost.
LGMC will cover the premium for full-time employees to receive two times (part-time employees one time) their annual salary to a maximum of $50,000. Employees may purchase additional term life insurance coverage from 1 to 5 times annual salary to a maximum of $500,000.
LGMC pays the premiums for individual employee coverage of up to 50% of pay after 6 months of disability.
