Robin is the case manager in ICU. As an ICU nurse, I have noticed that Robin is always willing to go above and beyond her job duties to get a patient what is needed. She does everything in her power to get the patient the best care possible during the hospitalization after discharge...even if it requires hours on the phone with physicians and other facilities. We recently took care of a patient with no insurance, who was unable to afford her discharge medications. Robin arranged for the medication to be filled, picked up the prescription up from the pharmacy for the patient, and paid for the first vial of the medication out of her own pocket.

 

Robin is always smiling and has a positive attitude. BY being positive, ALWAYS, Robin is able to improve any environment she enters. Robin is the type of employee that everyone at LGMC should strive to be like.
