Prepared Childbirth covers phases and stages of labor & birth, interventions and Cesarean sections with a special emphasis on natural methods for coping with labor including breathing and relaxation techniques. It is recommended that the L&D Process class be taken prior to attending this class. The class will be held at the hospital in the 2nd floor Pavilion Classroom beginning at 6 pm. Pre-registration is required. This is a three class series.
