Harvest Pie
|
- 6 oz reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 1 c non fat milk or non fat half and half
- 3 oz non fat vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c Cool Whip Free, thawed
- 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c walnuts, chopped
- 3 T non fat caramel topping, heated

In mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Mix well. Let stand two minutes or until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill until firm- about two hours. Sprinkle with marshmallows and walnutes. Drizzle caramel topping over the top. Chill.
