Before the surgery I could only do 3 minutes on the elliptical machine and now I am doing 45 minutes.  I am exercising and have better range of motion than I had 25 years ago!  I was initially on five different blood pressure prescriptions and now I am only on one prescription.  I was using bipap for my sleep apnea and have gotten down to just cpap in addition to looking forward to not needing cpap either in the near future.  I was looking into having knee replacement surgery prior to having weight loss surgery, and now I’m feeling better than I was years ago due to my weight loss.  Surgery has 100% completely changed my life for the better.  I have such a better quality of life since having the weight loss surgery procedure done.  I am able to enjoy the little things in life such as fitting in an airplane seat comfortably and walking up stairs without feeling out of breath.
